UrbanSpin is a local services directory that enables consumers to discover service providers in South Africa and contact them directly. UrbanSpin is not a party to any transaction between consumers and service providers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services listed.

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or listings
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content without permission
• Impersonate any person or business
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

4. Service Provider Listings

Service providers who list on UrbanSpin are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their trade, holding any required registrations or licences, and the quality and delivery of services they offer.

UrbanSpin reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or that we deem harmful to consumers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. UrbanSpin does not warrant the accuracy of listings, the quality of service providers, or the uninterrupted availability of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, UrbanSpin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with service providers found through the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
